Rules and User Agreement
KAYRISON - The name of our exchanger Customer - You, the user who uses KAYRISON's services.

If a client has written to Telegram (Kayrison) about KAYRISON's provision of services to a customer, the customer automatically agrees to all of the terms of the User Agreement.

If a client, fraudulent or otherwise, withdraws black funds / money (stolen service accounts, wallets, etc.) to KAYRISON, KAYRISON providing services to the client is obligated to write an arbitration against the client, for the amount that was withdrawn from the client. (Individually, there may be exceptions for contractual transactions)

At the time of the arbitration decision, the money stays with KAYRISON.

The further outcome of the funds will be decided by the arbitration, where the funds will be redirected.

Withdrawals are made from American, Brazilian, and European services. The services themselves withdraw funds from 1 hour to 72 hours (maybe longer, check with KAYRISON).

After withdrawing funds from the services, the funds are transferred to KAYRISON. If there are no additional delays or freezes from banks or wallets, KAYRISON will withdraw to the client's wallet. The whole process takes from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

If the TS has not notified about any delays in withdrawal (from KAYRISON's side), the CU is obliged to make a discount to the client in the percentage of commission, up to the percentage of withholding.

Before each withdrawal, the client is obliged to clarify the address of the wallet for withdrawal, as wallets can change. In case of withdrawal to the wrong wallet, KAYRISON shall not refund anything to the client. (Individually, there may be exceptions in case of contractual transactions)

KAYRISON, is not responsible for the funds until the funds are deposited into the account of the designated bank or wallet of the customer. bank or wallet to the customer. If the funds are not received due to bank charges or other problems, KAYRISON is not responsible for the funds.

For some types of funds, a third party in the form of a person or service can be used. KAYRISON is also responsible for the funds.

If funds are in a hold when transferred to KAYRISON's wallets, payment will be made after the funds are successfully released from the hold. (Individually, there may be exceptions in case of contractual transactions)

If the funds sent by the customer have been rejected or blocked/frozen by the bank, KAYRISON is not responsible for them.
